Brighton Family Physicians is a welcoming practice with friendly staff, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors. Patients appreciate the doctors' willingness to listen to concerns and provide informative answers. The practice also offers a patient portal for communication with doctors, who respond in a timely manner. Patients have found the practice to be a comfortable and efficient place to receive medical care, with some even traveling from outside the immediate area.
Dr. Rupp has been my doctor for 15+ years. On a number of different occasions she has gone over and above for me. She has always taken the time to talk with me and explain things in a way I can easily understand. I would highly recommend Dr. Rupp to anyone looking for a great doctor who cares.
Dr. Matthews is outstanding! She always gives me her full attention, doesn’t rush me and is so kind. She makes me feel like I am her only patient. Which I value, greatly. Dee, Rhonda and Jacob in the front office, are superb! Always friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Matthews to any one, with great confidence!
