Amazing atmosphere and instructors. They are great at leading movements and providing direction individually where needed. A wide range of classes offered for experienced Yogis, beginners, and everyone in-between. If you like hot yoga, you will quickly become a regular at this studio.

There is something for everyone at Bent Yoga! Whether you’re looking to slow down and rejuvenate or speed it up and sweat - Bent has it all! I highly recommend everyone takes advantage of their first free week to try different teachers and classes. This will help you find what best suits you and your practice. My favorite part about Bent is the community I have found there - everyone supports each other both in and out of the studio. Highly recommend this studio for both the beginner and advanced yogi!!

The classes are challenging, the instructors are wonderful, and I'm loving the results. Could not give a higher recommendation for anyone to try Bent Yoga. Love the atmosphere!
