My family and I have been under Dr. Arena's care for 14+ years, so we have seen and experienced a lot with him. We are a very active family, with 3 boys that play soccer. We have seen our fair share on injuries. Normal course of action is to see Dr. Arena first and get his evaluation and recommendation and then adjustments and/or cold laser treatments. Then we go to our PCP of it's even needed after that. He is usually spot on for his evals and recommendations. I have gone to Dr. Arena several times over the years from the age of 17 and I am now 43. I from time to time have sciatic nerve pain caused from my sacrum bone shifting. Seems to happen once a year without failure. It take about a week of treatments but Dr. Arena always corrects it. I highly recommend Dr. Arena if you are in need of an adjustment are suffering from back pain or are even looking to make a healthy lifestyle change.

I've been seeing Dr. Arena for several years now and he has always been thorough with his care. He is very good at explaining procedures to you and showing you the proper way to positions yourself while exercising in order to prevent an injury. His receptionist, Tina, is great at explaining costs and insurance coverage so you are aware of where your payment goes and what you are getting for it. Highly recommend!
