We have used B&S a couple times in the past few years. They are always great. Today, our furnace was serviced by Julian. But the exceptional service started as soon as I called.Knowing this would be a busy day as it’s the first really cold Monday after the weekend, the receptionist warned me that I would be added to their long list but that they would make every effort to get out today asap. I only had to wait about an hour and a half.Our furnace quit working last night. It was blowing cold air. Julian quickly diagnosed the issue as the drain being clogged.
