Thomas has been working with me for the last 3 years doing his best to limp along my 20+ year old geothermal furnace that was installed originally by Great Lakes Energy in 1999. He really did not have to do that as it was not a stretch for me to be prepared to fork over the big bucks 3 years prior to when I actually had to!
