We are from out of town. My dog's nails needed triimming desperately, and Northern Pet Salon was taking walk-ins daily from 4:30-6:30 pm. No local Charlevoix groomer was taking new customers. We were very happy and grateful for the service provided.

I really like the staff and their work. They are open to listening to owners and are also kind to the dogs. I really like the quality of their work and care for the dogs. Prices are very affordable. I am very happy with Northern Pet Salon!

The best service and Milo love to go there to take a bath. Always is clean, neat and smells good. They work with your schedule and I love to bring my dog to people who love dogs and take care for them.
