I have been a client of this firm for years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing and costly. My mortgage lender requested a very simple, one-sentence letter confirming that I am the sole owner of my business — a standard document necessary to close on a home. The office flatly refused to provide it. This refusal delayed my home closing, created major housing issues for myself, my toddler, and my family, and added stress to an already difficult process.
