Not only did Jeff meet us out at our dock twice, he also stopped out a few times to make sure everything was going well when we were not around. This was a new experience for us, so I called Jeff multiple times to walk me through the hoist and what we would need. He answered my call every time and helped our family with a hoist we will enjoy for many years.
