Sterling undertook the challenge of renovating the 1986 home I purchased in the midst of COVID. The home is complete, and it is stunning. Their supervision of the trades was excellent. Their in-house carpentry staff is top-notch. Todd, Marc, Alice, Joe, and Kaitlyn were patient, responsive and had many creative, and beautiful ideas to update the home.

My wife and I hired Sterling in the fall of 2022 for a new construction project on Gilbert Lake in Bloomfield Township. It was one of the BEST decisions we've ever made. We judge companies by the quality of the people and Sterling has a fantastic group of people. They are extremely customer service oriented and have a great amount of knowledge. As a result, they build a great home and have a lot of happy customers.
