Tim was our salesman. Very informative and helpful with all of our questions. No high pressure tactics. Professionalism. Once we set up our install day, Randy, the installer, contacted us. Again, he answered all our questions. Randy's install was perfect. He went over items and even when there was a hiccup, he was quick to resolve.
FYI we had carpet installed in a portion of our basement.
