Ordered a headboard kit for my older bed base, and it shipped very quickly. Turned out to be the wrong one, and Reverie caught the mistake before I did and shipped me the correct one immediately. Excellent customer service!

Jan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the process of helping me to reset the electronics on the bed. I know we will be purchasing the upgrade package, however she bought us some extra time to save for it.
