I called MI Basements during an emergency on a weekend. They promptly responded and asked me to send some pictures of the affected areas. After that, I was asked to face time so that they could get an overview of the affected areas. AFTER ALL OF THAT they, assessed the damage and told me it may be a plumbing issue. They referred me to a plumbing company, and MI Basement’s assessment that it was a plumbing issue turned out to be 100% correct. The plumbing issue was a quick fix that saved me thousands of dollars. Demone did a great job with my basement leak. His enthusiasm was enjoyable, and I liked that he walked me through his process very thoroughly. Prices were very fair, and I did not feel "upsold" like I had with other companies.

We had an excellent experience with MI Basements waterproofing our basement! Everything from start to finish was professional, from the initial consult through installation. Mario and his crew were incredible and did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to have in my home. Three things I rate my experience on are communication, transparency and kindness.
