Having to euthanatize your pet is like taking your heart out and shattering it on the ground. Fortunately, the staff at BloomField were so kind, so compassionate, and so considerate. Zeus was a fighter, even until his very last breath. They made him (and us) as comfortable as possible, let us listen to his heartbeat before it stopped, and gave us plenty of privacy to grieve. Our 2 Shih Tzus have been seeing Dr Baird for 3 years and have received good care. Vet cleared up a persistent yeast ear infection with OTC probiotics. We came from a “Boutique Vet” who decided oldest had cushings disease requiring a life long med. Dr Baird performed blood work and urine analysis to determine NOT the case.
