I'm inclined to leave a positive review as my overall experience has been excellent. I've frequented this spa around 10 times, with only two negative encounters. The technician positioned directly BEHIND table 13 tends to rush and doesn't pay attention to my specific request. My service always includes a shellac gel manicure on my natural nails and despite mentioning on both occasions that my natural nails are soft and require the tips to be sealed to prevent early chipping, the issue persists with this technician. NOTE, I DO NOT HAVE THIS ISSUE WITH ANY Of THE OTHER NAIL TECHS AT BLISS NAILS.

Had an appt I had made weeks in advance and they took me in promptly. But, mid way through my mani/pedi, they pulled the guy(Tony, who's AMAZING) to another client who had an appt that was 45mins after mine. Had to switch to someone else to do my mani. Really wish they wouldn't kept me with him instead. But this place is clean and friendly and inevitably have always had a positive experience.

I've been here a few times now and I feel like each time I have a different experience. My first visit i was absolutely thrilled with the experience. Unfortunately within a few days my dip manicure was chipping. Luckily they were great about fixing the issues with my nails free of charge. My second experience was similar to the first. Within a few days I had chipped dip nails but they fixed them again. This last time I saw another technician, Jessica. We are at over a week going strong. No chips in my dip manicure! So I imagine I will be seeing Jessica from now on. This last time I also took my 5-year-old daughter with me and she had her nails and toes painted with shellac....read full review
