I have been going to see the wonderfully talented stylist Monica since she was fresh out of beauty school 21 years ago. I have followed her from each salon she has moved on to over the years as there is no one else I would ever dream of going to. When I moved to Grand Rapids for ten years, I would make the three hour drive every few months to continue to have Monica do my hair as her gift is unparalleled. Watching her transition into the role of stylist/ salon owner has been an amazing and wonderful thing to see. I am so proud of Monica for not only taking on this new role but also in watching her grow in her talent, skills and abilities. But it's not just Monica who excells here at 865, each stylist gives such a unique and thoughtful experience to each guest that you will no doubt leave looking and feeling your best. Most of the staff here have been working together for many years and in a lot of cases, decades honing their skills and working on their craft. 865 offers such a wide range of services there is truly something for everyone.
