We had complete windows and door walls replaced in April. The team led by Greg was great, they took about 4 days to complete the work with each day cleaning up as they went. The inside they used drop cloths and kept everything clean, vacuuming as they went. I’ve had windows replaced at my other house and I’d have to say this company and this install team by far was the best (let’s just say it was a night and day comparison). They were not the cheapest company, but rather the most expensive ( I had quotes from Pella, Anderson, and another local company), but that added expense translates to the high quality of the Marvin products and professionalism...read full review
I recently had all my windows replaced by Marvin Design Gallery in Bloomfield Hills.
I've worked with contractors before, and with the exception of one, it was always a stressful experience. I hated the way they got annoyed when I asked too many questions, the way they didn't clean up very well when they were done, and the poor quality of the work they did. But I was in for a much different experience.
Scott Mendez is the Marvin Design Gallery rep who I worked with. He is easy going, gladly answers questions, and he makes the process of buying windows as easy and convenient as possible for the customer.

We bought Marvin windows from Paul and the team here a few years ago and the entire experience was top notch. Paul is really professional and responsive, the products are beautiful and the service is awesome too. Last week I accidentally jammed a branch in the window and they sent a super nice tech out the next day who took care of it for me, no charge, even though it was obviously my fault. Love these guys, highly recommend.
