Buying our first home was a big step, and we’re so grateful to M/I Homes for making the entire journey comfortable and exciting. From our very first site visit, we knew we were in good hands. Both Lance and JR were incredibly patient and kind throughout the process. They always took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt confident and comfortable at every stage.

I was so happy with the service I received from Christopher Gavrila at M/I Homes. He responded very quickly to my call and came out within an hour to look at an exterior problem I had. He knew right away what it was and called the HOA manager to resolve it. He also helped me with a couple other issues in my condo. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful to me. I am glad that he is the new Customer Care Manager. Our community is in good hands with him! Thanks Chris for doing an exceptional job!
