Very pleased with the professionalism, quality of the work and service we were provided by Guardian Waterproofing. Gary made a thorough assessment of our problems in the basement (water was pouring in the basement from under the floor & seeping through the walls) and proposed the permanent solution. Lanny is very experienced and explained in good detail what, how and why he was going to do what he did. Judy was a delight to speak to on the phone when I had concerns over work that a previous company didn't do well. Everyone I interacted with was prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Guardian Waterproofing!!

I had Guardian Waterproofing out in 2016 to put new drain tile in my basement and during that installation I have them dig out a new crock and put in a new sump pump. This morning the pump went off and would not shut off. The motor was getting hot so I had to unplug it and plug it back in every 20 min to drain. When I called Guardian I worked with Ken and he understood my issue and that my sump is running a lot this time of yr. He worked his magic and got a plumber out to my house to replace the broken on ASAP... I was so happy he could make this happen because I know this of year is very busy for plumbers with the wet weather upon us. Thank you Ken and Guardian Waterproofing!

This company is phenomenal! I received a $21,000 quote from a basement waterproofing company for work that I didn't even need because apparently my basement had already been waterproofed in the past. The owner of the company came out himself and told me that I did not need any of the work that was quoted from this other company. Instead he recommended fixing 2 cracks that might cost me about $900. He might have been the most honest stand up gentlemen I have ever met in my life. They saved me a lot of $$$$ and also a lot of headaches. If you need work done on your basement this is the exact company that you want to use.
