Daniel Bates is an outstanding mediator. He was calm, respectful, and exceptionally effective in a difficult and emotionally charged situation. He kept the process focused, structured, and humane, which made it far more efficient and productive than I expected. His ability to listen, clarify issues, and guide everyone toward a workable agreement was impressive. If you need mediation, go to Dan Bates. This was my first divorce but he was fair, calm, and highly intelligent when it comes to the math, and figuring out what each side wants and finding a fair compromise. Don't go to trial, that's like playing a slot machine with your life. Go see Dan!

Had Dan as an Arbitrator for my divorce. He is rational and logical. I thought that I might end up only with a lot of debt. He was able to actually work with a very difficult person(ex) and get me a reasonable settlement.He has a very calming presence making it very easy to work with him.We (ex and I) decided on an Arbitrator because the judge in the case was not acceptable. Dan was the recommended attorney.It was so much better going through him than dealing with the judge(though he is the judge in the decision).I would 100 percent recommend working with Dan-if you can get in, he is an extremely busy man!!So thankful for him.
