Had Dan as an Arbitrator for my divorce. He is rational and logical. I thought that I might end up only with a lot of debt. He was able to actually work with a very difficult person(ex) and get me a reasonable settlement.He has a very calming presence making it very easy to work with him.We (ex and I) decided on an Arbitrator because the judge in the case was not acceptable. Dan was the recommended attorney.It was so much better going through him than dealing with the judge(though he is the judge in the decision).I would 100 percent recommend working with Dan-if you can get in, he is an extremely busy man!!So thankful for him.

As a fellow attorney who has done a significant amount of family law, I highly recommend Daniel Bates to mediate your divorce, custody, and other family issues. He's the best and will save you thousands of dollars in lawyer fees and legal battles. Instead of endlessly fighting in court for what will likely get you the same result (or worse), hire Dan to settle things between the two of you in a quick and professional manner. I recommend him to people all of the time. His fee will save you a lot more money, grief, and heartache in the long run. Also, he is kind and peaceful and makes the process much less stressful. Well worth it.
