He seems arrogant at first glance and his “ways” of saying things may make people uncomfortable. So if you’re soft skin, you might not enjoy the mood. But underneath that, I see a fair and and knowledgeable guy. He did an amazing job with a few dents in my car - on time and ready for his next appointment .
