Great service. Scott laid out in great detail what would be done and exactly how it would be done. Both technicians were courteous, respectful and knew exactly what they were required to do and patiently answered all my concerns. I was even informed of the DTE rebate and Federal tax credit available to me, and all the necessary paper work was handled by the office staff for my convenience! Could not be happier and highly recommend Gauthier Heating & Cooling for your HVAC needs!

This company work when and within the estimate they quoted. I tried to get other companies to come and give me an estimate, I couldn't find anyone that wanted to check out my problem. They wanted a lot of money to give me an estimate. Gauthier's returned my call promptly. The office staff, and the person that came to do the work, are wonderful and informed. I have a Triangle Tube furnace, with on demand hot water, so not all companies can work on them. Gauthier knew what they were doing and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them if you have a problem with your furnace.
