I’ve been going here for a bit now but my last visit I ended up with a few broken buttons on my suit jacket. I was shocked because no one told me, but I called the location and was turned over to Ryan. He expressed the same frustration, explained why the buttons can break while dry cleaning, made the repair with better buttons than previous ones the suit, and even gave me advice on good suits to look for in the future. Quality of service was fantastic enough for me to feel like I needed to give a five star review. I will continue to use them.

I brought a suit in the day before Christmas Eve and needed it for a wedding on Saturday. Ryan the GM said he would put a rush on it and that I would be able to pick it up the day before the wedding. Tide Cleaners are the best, they saved me from a disaster! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone, 5 stars!
