But you walk into the store and it is a bit of calm when your head is swimming with ideas. Make an appointment; Amy sets aside time for you; and is not distracted by other customers and concerns You are all hers and she really helps with the decision making. The Shade Store is not cheap, but, to me, the customer service is worth it!

So glad The Shade Store has a location in Birmingham. I used to place order online but so much better to visit the showroom with clients. Amy is great, always helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Amy is absolutely wonderful and was such a huge help during two different window shade projects for our home. She was so knowledgeable and really helped steer us in the right direction on our most recent project. Amy helped us confidently order window treatments that are both beautiful and functional for our space. It is overwhelming to buy expensive shades online with so many options, and the folks at this store are a huge help!
