The Shade Store has high-quality products in a ton of colors and styles. But the best thing about The Shade Store is the personalized attention. The choices out there are plentiful and bewildering. But you walk into the store and it is a bit of calm when your head is swimming with ideas. Make an appointment; Amy sets aside time for you; and is not distracted by other customers and concerns You are all hers and she really helps with the decision making. The Shade Store is not cheap, but, to me, the customer service is worth it!
So glad The Shade Store has a location in Birmingham. I used to place order online but so much better to visit the showroom with clients. Amy is great, always helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
