Michigan Air Care and Melo were outstanding! I scheduled my ducts to be cleaned, including dryer vent and furnace. Melo was on time. He was courteous and explained things well. Melo was thorough. I recommend him and Michigan Air Care without reservation.
Michigan Air Care went above and beyond to clean/sanitize my ducts and diagnose any other problems that my AC system could have. All the dust that has been accumulated over last 80 years is cleaned out, and now I know that my duct has been leaking which could have led to basement flooding thanks to Melo’s thorough inspection! The service was prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend it!
Best experience from having a new furnace put in to having my AC repaired this summer. Very satisfied with the professionalism, attention to detail and overall making me feel at ease about my system. Plan on using them for air duct cleaning in future as well. Thank you
