I have been going to Alec at RED for the past few years and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He is incredibly kind and takes the time to listen to what you're looking to achieve with your hair. Alec has tried new color and cut techniques on me that have produced incredible results. People tend to under estimate what an investment a great cut/color is, but it is always worth it.

Overall amazing! I have been going to Sara for several years to get my highlights done and I am more impressed each time. They have a super friendly staff and a great location. If you are looking for an amazing salon in the Birmingham area this is the place to go!

The salon was clean and staff very friendly and supportive of one another. No annoying gossip or drama that I have experienced in other salons. My stylist's name was Tamara and she spent over an hour and 15 minutes perfecting my cut and it looks aMaZing. I'm so happy with this experience. I have definitely found my salon! Initially I was a bit confused at the entrance. The door said it was to the salon but it appeared to be a clothing shop. Upon entry, you need to navigate down the corridor to the rear and up a flight of stairs. The shop has a huge exhaust system that pulls out the fumes from hair styling chemicals.
