John is very customer service oriented and pays attention to detail. I have only lived in Frankenmuth 1-week (moved from out of area). I had no idea which electrician to call. Kribs Electrical received lots of likes on Frankenmuth Buy, Sell and Trade FB page when someone else was looking for an electrician recently. John went above and beyond. John is fantastic! I called him on a Tuesday, he came out that night, (after 5pm when I got home from work) looked at what I needed done. Gave me a price and was able to start within a week.
