I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement from FTD for my sister in Massachusetts. What was delivered was nothing like what I ordered. I ordered it again, and the same problem. Then I ordered the same arrangement from JOANNIE'S FLORAL of BIRCH RUN. It arrived looking EXACTLY like the picture on FTD. FIVE STARS FOR JOANNIE'S FLORAL!!!

I'm from the area but across the country now. I wanted to send my Mom some birthday flowers quickly. I hoped to find somebody local, and Joannie's website made it so easy I was able to quickly shop, order, and have this beautiful arrangement delivered the very next day. The deliverer send a text and photo to show they'd left them right where I asked, and they were all wrapped up and protected. Joannie's will now be my area go-to.

Joannie's Floral created a beautiful casket spray for my father's recent funeral. She listened to our ideas and came up with very creative ways to show his love of the outdoors (especially fishing) by using natural items (including a perch!) and gorgeous flowers in blues and sunset tones. The Sunset Roses were especially remarkable. Many people who attended the funeral commented on how beautiful and perfect the flowers were for my dad. Thank you, Joannie!
