We have gone through camping world Birch Run twice now. Once for our original camper, and once for an upgrade as our family grew. Both times we worked with Jade Kaplan and had an incredible experience. We got exactly what we wanted, and were able to work the pricing to fit our budget. She was realistic, understanding of budget and limitations, and we did not feel pressured to purchase anything. She was understanding of our crazy four kids with us, and camping works Birch Run has a play room for the kids to play in while you’re going through paperwork and discussions. Couldn’t recommend more, especially working with Jade.

This was our first time buying a used camper, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I started the process online, which worked perfectly with a one-year-old at home. John was flexible and respectful of our time, texting and calling when it worked around naps. He was polite, patient, and considerate throughout the entire process.
