Love Sparsh! It's a very intimate and relaxing space, where you can get many different services. The moment you walk in you can honestly feel the peaceful atmosphere. I came here for a few breathwork classes and I plan to come in the future for a massage and craniosacral therapy! I highly recommend you check it out, everyone is very knowledgeable and welcoming!

This was my first massage and what a wonderful experience! My body and mind were rejuvenated. When i first walked in the atmosphere was warm and inviting, the staff very professional. I was very nervous at first. Once i met my masseuse, Milen, he quickly alleviated my fear of getting a massage. My muscles loosened & posture felt straighter. He periodically asked me about the pressure level, if i wanted more or less. By the end of the session I felt like a new person. Thanks Milen! I'll see you in December! I highly recommend Sparsh!

Wow! I highly recommend Sparsh Healing! The moment you walk in you feel welcome and relaxed! The staff genuinely is interested in you and your needs. I had my first Cranio Sacral therapy session with Naomi wow! I'm blown away! It’s so refreshing to be seen and heard! An unexpected side effect for me was an amazing night sleep!
