My wife and I am very pleased with the professional service and support we received for Jaden Jappaya with our VA loan. I was in the veteran's hospital during this paperwork portion causing Jaden to work outside of the normal process, He kept me and my wife up on all of the issues and helped us get through them as we were in two locations. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a mortgage to ask for him.

My significant other and I recently purchased our first home. During this experience we were guided by Joey Brewer from Rapid Mortgage. I do not have mortgage experience, so I was hesitant about the process, however, Joey assured us everything would work out. Joey was very patient with us, answering all of our questions (even those from my parents) ensuring we understood. If needed, Joey would escalate our concerns appropriately until they were addressed.
