One day the phone rang and when my mother answered it she didn’t know that the man on the other end would be the person who could lower her monthly house payment. See we had tried to go through her bank to see about refinancing her home and we were told that it wouldn’t be worth it because interest rates were so high. My mother lives on a fixed income and getting her payment lower would allow her to worry about little less. James Labrie made that happen for her.
