At the Big Rapids Supercuts shop, Chelsea does a great job cutting my hair. She completes her work efficiently, but I never feel like I am being rushed. Chelsea is personable. She is comfortable conversing with her clients.

Kim was an absolute sweetheart! So kind n friendly. I was having some concerns about my thinning hair and she gave me a cut that made my hair look fuller then gave me a few good tips with styling and products. She also showed compassion for my struggles.
