Very positive experience working with them. They talked me through the process which I appreciated and were overall very polite. I will definitely be considering their services again in the future.
These two young men were very professional. They did everything asked of them. They cleaned carpets both first and second floors. The only drawback was that at the end of the 4 hour visit, they hurried through the final two rooms and weren’t as thorough. They did however spend extra time on the upholstery. This was a significantly positive experience.

I was satisfied with the carpet cleaning. However, I asked for special spot treatment when I ordered the cleaning and I was not told that it would cost extra to treat the stains. I wish they would have told me that other than that, it was great. I will use them again.
