I saw Dr. Ray today, and while he was working his magic, he said, you lost weight and you look good. and I do, I worked hard on my diet and exercise. So I've been receiving compliments from others to. but Dr. Ray takes it a step further, he said how tall are you, man 6ft!. I'm all of 5'6". But that made me feel great and added a little extra to my confidence, and I'm a confident guy. But I just got a great adjustment and walk out feeling more confident.
