Mr. Rooter Plumbing robbed me. They did not complete a $6,000 job. When asked to honor the deal that was paid for, I was met with an angry, aggressive young man who refused to help me.

I asked Mr. Rooter to do a simple job of replacing a household drain junction, fixing some leaks, and replacing a hot water heater. Most of this they did manage to complete.

However, I still have 2 huge leaks that are worse than when they got there. The biggest reason they were called was to fix the leaks, they did not.
