We had a hornet's nest above our garage door about 15 feet in the air and I decided that I better get some professional help, those things are vicious! I stumbled on MIPest & Wildlife and decided I would call them, I am so glad I did! They are very nice and were able to help us out very quickly! It was so nice to work with someone local, and not some franchise trying to sell you everything. I am so happy with them that I am planning to get on some sort of regular service with them!
We've been using MI Pest for a couple of years now and am VERY happy with their services. We were having recurring issues with rodents getting into the house and they were so responsive when working with us to try to track down the root cause (ridge vent). Once that was repaired, we've been rodent free for almost a year now. We highly recommend MI Pest.
We've used MI Pest for mice and bat issues and have had a great experience, especially working with Brandon. He's responsive, communicative and very diligent, even making extra trips back to make sure everything was sealed off. I also appreciate that they are one of few pest companies that offer exclusion work without the use of rodenticide. Don't believe what some pest companies will tell you--the poisons do harm apex predators like owls. It's also a slow cruel death for the mice. Most humane option is using snap traps and seal up entry points.
