Big Moose Home Inspections were prompt and thorough. My husband attended the Inspection. if he had questions, they were answered. I was provided with pictures, explanations, and the results of our water test via email. Having the pictures with explanations made it easy for the seller to see the issues, andthey were addressed quickly. Due to the inspection being performed and sent out quickly, we are able to close on our new home within the projected time frame.

First off, the office staff was incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. They were able to schedule my home inspection within 24-48 hours easily! Tom did the inspection. He is incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He quickly picked up items that needed to be addressed. In addition to that, he is great at giving tips and pointers to You, to make the home as functional and efficient and safe as possible. I had my report back electronically inside of 48 hours. Communication pre and post inspection was absolutely top notch. Prompt, professional, and courteous. Again, cannot recommend them enough.
