Researched movers for my granddaughter in the west side of lower Michigan and found Prime Packers LLC. Spoke with Alvin who was extremely helpful and courteous which was gratifying to me as she was moving from a tenuous domestic situation. Alvin was very empathetic and ensured he had a team that would do everything possible for a safe, smooth move. AND they delivered!!! My granddaughter said Daniel and his team were exceptional and did everything where she didn't need to do anything but answer questions. We used Prime Packers LLC to unload our truck here in Indiana and couldn’t be more happy and satisfied with this company. Had some books, etc. to be moved from the basement to the second floor. Jonathan and DJ were professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. Showed up on time, with an advance text providing ETA. Will use them again when we need help.
