While I’ve had a mixed experience with MaidPro’s services, at times, management (Duane) has always been extremely professional, accommodating and customer focused.
My experience today was the best ever. Tamika is thorough and takes pride in her work.

Our home has been using MaidPro for over a year now and we are very pleased with their professionalism yet with a personal touch. When we were unable to reach out to them, they reached out to us and bent over backward to help us when we were experiencing grave difficulty. Their cleaners are very courteous, friendly, and professional. Many of them are very, very particular and detailed in their attention to cleanliness and not satisfied until the job is done exceptionally well (a particular nod to Sammie — exceptional skill!). I was waiting to see if this company did follow up calls or emails asking about their customers experience, but I havent received any of that. I booked this company for a Deep Clean with an additional oven clean. The week of my cleaning, I was expecting an email or call confirming the day or two days before and I heard nothing. I myself had to call the night before to see if they were coming and what time. The person that answered said that they were scheduled to come, but needed to place me on a hold to check with his manager about the time frame of arrival. He returns to the phone and says that his manager was driving and that they would call me later on. (Its about... read full review
