My coat and shirt came out beautiful! I am giving 4 -1/2 stars because my order was late getting done and no one reached out to let me know the items would be delivered late. I even called and was not given a reason for the lateness. Thankfully, I did not have a commitment where my white shirt was needed. Otherwise a 5 star cleaners!
