Offered to help me over the phone when my key got stock in my deadbolt. Ended up needing a fix, but explained over the phone how to take apart my deadbolt and what piece to bring in. Fixed it for me (missing pin) in less than 30 mins for $15, and explained to me how to put it back together when I got home. Thank you so much!
I thought my car fob was no good, but turns out my brand new battery was dead. The guys helped me replace the battery and had ordered a new fob which was no longer necessary. Quick service.
I have a uncommon key that I’ve been taking to local places for a year and no one has been able to help me. I finally found these folks and not only did they find the key, they found it incredibly quick and at a good value. I wouldn’t bother getting your keys done anywhere else but here.
