I give them a 4.5 actually -- we had some extensive work done and they were training an individual. He made some mistakes and dropped a limb on our garage roof. No damage was done and kid was very embarrassed. The rest of the crew was superb and they cleaned everything up -- Honored their price quote even when one tree was more difficult to remove than anticipated. Super people to work with!
