I highly recommend Crystal Care Chiropractic in Benzonia. Dr. Cicansky is wonderful. I had such bad back pain that I could barely walk. I could not find a comfortable position standing, sitting or lying down. I had muscle spasms and shooting pain. The doctor was so gentle with her treatment and it was very effective. She also gave me stretches to do and walked me through them to make sure I was doing them correctly. I slept pain free that night and the next day I could walk like normal again. I will definitely seek her out again for any future issues I have.
