Team Companies is a full-service construction and remodeling company offering services in Western Michigan. The construction professionals are creative problem solvers and expert craftsmen with unique skills and knowledge that can only be acquired over time. Customers have had outstanding experiences with the team at Team Companies. One customer was extremely happy with the deck on the back of their house, noting it met all expectations and that the primary builder was extremely talented, polite, patient and a delight to have around. Another customer had their deck completely rebuilt, and the finished product exceeded every expectation. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, communication, and professionalism were exceptional from start to finish. The crew was reliable, respectful, kept the job site clean, and truly cared about the quality of their work. The new deck completely transformed the backyard. A major remodel was described as amazing, with questions answered the same day and talented workers showing quality craftsmanship. The crew did a great job building a deck, were very professional, listened to the vision, and finished the project in a timely manner. Customers always call on Team for anything needed around the house, as one phone call gets it all done whether electrical, plumbing, or any kind of home repair or remodeling. Repair work on damaged plaster in a 101 year old home was done with great work and amazing cleanup. Customers are very satisfied.
I have had Team Restoration work on a couple of projects for me, the last being residing my house. They removed the old siding (more than one type of siding) and the old sheathing. They added insulation, new sheathing, siding and all of the metal work that goes with it. They repaired some framing that had been damaged by water and insects. They installed a new patio to replace an old sliding glass door and two new entry doors. They did an absolutely fabulous job and the house looks so much better. They were professional, dedicated and experienced. I will hire them again for other renovations.
