They are amazing, I seriously can’t thank them enough. A pipe in our house burst and we couldn’t get the water to stop. Not only did they walk through telling us how to shut off the water but told us what piece we needed to fix the problem. They did it all on their way out of town and just to help us out! We called another service before them they had us waiting for 2 hours, thankfully we called Richard’s plumbing while we were waiting and they helped fixed the problem immediately! They deserve 10 stars!!

Needed a new water heater and quick. Jerry was very responsive and Jake came out as soon as they could. What a great experience. They are very professional and the quality of work is exquisite. Thank you guys for saving the day.

Richard's Plumbing for water heater replacement, for sure. They like to use Bradford White for quality and dependability. Natural gas, exhaust venting, and water pipe plumbing was of excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommended!Service: Water heater installation
