Busy, but wait was not long. Excellent service. Young lady at the front desk was slammed, yet always pleasant on the phone and with in-person customers. Stylist was pleasant and professional.

i usually cut my hair on my own and have a hard time trusting others with my hair but i knew it needed some professional attention so i decided to go for a haircut yesterday. Mary took me back and noticed i was nerved up so she let me know i could relax and started up a friendly conversation that had me comfortable in no time. i really struggle going out in public settings let alone for something like this but Mary knew exactly what she was doing and made the experience so much easier on me. Since i usually do my hair myself i’m not very good at describing what i want, but she managed to see my vision and bring it to life with ease. The salon location and ease of getting to it is great. The entry person at the counter was nice and helpful. And the person who cut my hair did a great job. Pretty happy with the overall stop-over. Happy to come back again when I next want to.
