After a slight delay in connecting BugPro went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I own a duplex and my renter called with an ant issue. After several calls to other places and them trying to sign up for an expensive annual treatment program (for ants and a bunch of other things I didn't need) I contacted BugPro. Once we connected, Dereck worked directly with my renter to schedule a mutually agreeable time to do the treatment (on a weekend!). In the end, the ant problem was addressed, my renter was happy and I didn't have to waste a bunch of time to ensure it got done (and at a very reasonable cost). I can't ask for anything more!
I used to have a BIG bug problem, but I did 10 sprays over the Summer using this company and I haven’t seen ONE since. Thank you Bug Pro ! I have recommended their services to my friends and family, and will continue to use them in the future.
Messaged through google and within minutes was in contact with a representative. Communication was clear, pricing was the same online as it was when the service was completed. Very friendly and work was completed quickly!
