After a slight delay in connecting BugPro went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I own a duplex and my renter called with an ant issue. After several calls to other places and them trying to sign up for an expensive annual treatment program (for ants and a bunch of other things I didn't need) I contacted BugPro. Once we connected, Dereck worked directly with my renter to schedule a mutually agreeable time to do the treatment (on a weekend!). In the end, the ant problem was addressed, my renter was happy and I didn't have to waste a bunch of time to ensure it got done (and at a very reasonable cost). I can't ask for anything more!
