I can’t say enough good things about this office and especially Dr. Dukes. My puppy was neutered here, and the next day his incision opened after he managed to lick it when I wasn’t in the room. I called right away, emailed a photo as requested, and they got back to me quickly and told me to bring him in the same day, even though it was two days before Christmas.
Dr. Dukes and her team took the situation seriously and got him seen right away. They put him back under, re-stitched the incision, and made sure he was properly cared for. We have a male who is a pain to take to the vet she and her staff are awesome and helped with his issues while other vets would not want to have anything to do with him, never had any vet care that much about our breed of animal, this doctor and staff is a real blessing would give them 20 stars if i could.
Just met this new vet and we really like her. The staff is warm and friendly. They got us in fast, and the Vet has a great personality, is thorough and easy to speak with. She explains things well. I will definitely be back as I trust her with my pets care.
