Heather has such a light and healing energy. I always feel so much better after going to one of her yoga classes. I would recommend her to anyone interested in yoga, beginners and experienced alike.

I absolutely love yoga with Heather. She always encourages her students to do what feels right with guidance on how to achieve our goals in each class. Highly recommend finding the time to make one (or more!) of her classes.

Heather is such a special person. Her energy is inviting and relaxing and I legitimately feel like I’m in a better place after her class. She guides you through every step of the way but it’s never distracting to the flow. ❤️
